Building the future for Iraq
Introduction to the Company
Night Bird Construction (NBC) was set up as a member of Night Bird Group, which originally got its prominent status from its associate company Night Bird Security which is renowned as one of Iraq’s largest and most successful private security companies since 2004 with major clients such as Lukoil, Anton and Siemens in its permanent registerof clients.
Delivering construction solutions for government and industry.
NBC has undertaken several of their own construction projects over the past decade but has now decided to set up a division solely dedicated towards construction and its ancillary services.
The agenda for this has been to initially build up and integrate a highly professional construction team, each with decades of experience within the industry, especially Iraq! We have inserted this concept into the highly successful business model and
infrastructure that already exists within Night Bird Group.
This business model and infrastructure that has seen year-on-year success over the past decade has the support of vastly qualified departments including but not limited to Legal, Financial, HSSE, HR,
Administration, Communications and of course, Security. NBC offer a variety of construction project solutions to both government and industry with our main focus being on the International Oil Companies (IOC’s) and their subcontractors.
EPC, Design & Build, Lump Sum, Unit Price, Cost Plus and Time & Materials are all some of the solutions we can offer to implement project success for
both client and contractor.
With decades of proven experience, our team is prepared to help you achieve your goals, and beyond.
